What to Know Now
Enrolled Classes (2026-2027) Now Available
We have now completed the main phase of course registration for next year. Here is how students can see the list of courses in which they are currently enrolled. Final schedules (with assigned blocks and teachers) will be available in August after we have finished balancing sections.
How to view classes in which your child is currently enrolled:
- Log in to the Veracross portal (student or parent).
- Students (easiest method): Under “Student Links” on the right, click on “Courses 2026-2027.” You will see the list of enrolled courses (labeled “course requests”).
- Parents: Scroll down to “My Children” and click on the tab on the right that says “Links.” Click on “Courses 2026-2027.” You will see the list of enrolled courses (labeled “course requests”).
Please read the Registration Update Letter for further details.
Final Course Grades Posted on June 5
Final course grades will be posted for all students on the afternoon of Friday, June 5. At Seven Hills, our official transcripts reflect semester grades and a final course grade, which is used in the calculation of a student’s GPA.
Year-end grades are an average of semester one grades and semester two grades. In courses where exams are given, exams make up 20% of the semester grade. You may have noticed that on Canvas, there was an option to view “all grading periods.” While this is an informative year-to-date summary, this particular feature calculates a running total rather than the average of semester grades, so we have turned this off to avoid any confusion. Once exams and all assignments have been graded, teachers will post second-semester and year-end grades to Veracross portals on June 5. Official transcripts for graduates and unofficial transcripts for students in grades ninth-11 will be available shortly thereafter on the portal.
May Term
May Term runs through May 27. Your children’s teachers have communicated directly with their students regarding waivers, lunch, clothing, or other items specific to your child’s course.
Important Message from the Nurses Regarding Medication Return
The end of the school year is quickly approaching, and we wanted to remind you that your child’s emergency medications will be returned on the last day of school, Thursday, May 28, 2026.
Unless other arrangements are made, medications will be placed in your student’s backpack to take home on May 28, 2026.
If you would prefer to pick up your child’s emergency medications directly from the nurse rather than have them sent home in the backpack, please contact the office.
If your student has a prescription lunchtime medication, we do ask that a parent/guardian come to the nurse’s office to pick it up.
If your student will not be at school on May 28, please call the nurses at 513.728.2364 to arrange for the medications to be sent home on your student’s last day of attendance.
Thank you, and have a wonderful summer!
