What to Know Now
Eighth Grade Class Photo — Deadline to Order is Today!
Middle School is coming to a close for our eighth graders, and we know you will want to commemorate your child’s final Middle School year. We will take a class photo on Friday, May 29, before the Closing Ceremony. If you would like a copy of that picture for yourself, order via Square. The deadline to order is today, May 22.
Walk-a-Thon
If your child participated in the Walk-a-Thon and has not turned in their pledge money, please have them bring it first thing Tuesday morning, May 26, so we can add it to our donations to The Caring Place and Leja Bulela. Checks should be made payable to Seven Hills.
Important Message from the Nurses Regarding Medication Return
The end of the school year is quickly approaching, and we wanted to remind you that your child’s emergency medications will be returned on the last day of school, Thursday, May 28, 2026. Unless other arrangements are made, medications will be placed in your student’s backpack to take home on May 28, 2026. If you would prefer to pick up your child’s emergency medications directly from the nurse rather than have them sent home in the backpack, please let the office know.
If your student has a prescription lunchtime medication, we do ask that a parent/guardian come to the nurse’s office to pick it up. If your student will not be at school on May 28, please call the nurses at 513.728.2364 to arrange for the medications to be sent home on your student’s last day of attendance.
Thank you, and have a wonderful summer!
– Nurse Joy and Nurse Ann
Final Seventh and Eighth Grade Dance — May 28
Let’s wrap up an amazing year together! Join us for the final dance on Thursday, May 28, from 7-9 p.m. in Founders Hall. The cost is $7 (cash only). This is a dress-up event, so come ready to look your best and celebrate in style! Dressy attire may include a button-down shirt, blouse, dress, skirt, or collared shirt, paired with dress pants (no jeans or shorts) and appropriate shoes. Students who are not dressed according to these guidelines could be asked to find appropriate attire before being admitted to the dance. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
We would greatly appreciate some parent chaperones to help with the seventh/eighth-grade dance. If interested, please contact Susan Schaefer (susanschaefer1@gmail.com) or Manisha Patel (manipatel1101@gmail.com).
