What to Know Now
TODAY — Grades 1-4 Spring Concert: Together We Shine: Friends, Family and Neighbors
Parents of grades 1-4, please join us on Friday, May 22, at 1:15 p.m. in The Schiff Center to hear the spring concert titled “Together We Shine: Friends, Family and Neighbors.” Students will be encouraged to wear Seven Hills spirit wear. After the concert, students will go back to their classrooms, and then parents are welcome to take their children home. Instead of signing out from the office, please be sure to make contact with your child’s teacher so they are aware you are leaving school.

Kindergarten Breakfast Garden Party
Join us for our Kindergarten Breakfast Garden Party on Tuesday, May 27, from 8:30-9:30 a.m.! Families are invited to bring a blanket and a favorite breakfast snack to enjoy a special morning together as we celebrate a wonderful year of learning, growth, and memories in kindergarten. Weather permitting, we will gather outside before coming together in the Commons for a celebratory video. We look forward to sharing this sweet morning with you!

Pre-K Blankets & Bites
On the last day of school, Wednesday, May 27, we invite all pre-k families to join us for our PK “Blankets & Bites” celebration of the 2025-2026 school year. Please meet in your child’s homeroom for a final gathering as a class at 10:30.
After our homeroom goodbyes, there will be activities on our Early School playground, and we welcome you to find a cozy spot with a blanket and a snack for your child and family. Enjoy reminiscing with other PK families about our year of growth and learning! This has been a wonderful school year; we look forward to celebrating with you! RSVP for Pre-K Blankets & Bites. Please note: Kindergarten and Grades 1-5 students have their own schedules and events on this day, separate from our Pre-K Blankets & Bites event.
Field Day — May 27, 2026
Field Day is back, and we are ready to end the year with some fun! Students will take part in some friendly competition consisting of different relays and enjoy a sweet treat.
Please make sure your children have the following items to participate in Field Day:
- Please bring a labeled water bottle.
- Please wear sneakers for our stations that involve running.
- Students should wear or bring sunscreen.

Important Message from the Nurses Regarding Medication Return
The end of the school year is quickly approaching, and we wanted to remind you that your child’s emergency medications will be returned on the last day of school, Wednesday, May 27.
Unless other arrangements are made, medications will be placed in your student’s backpack to take home on May 27, 2026.
If you would prefer to pick up your child’s emergency medications directly from the nurse rather than have them sent home in the backpack, please contact your division’s nurse.
If your student has a prescription lunchtime medication, we do ask that a parent/guardian come to the nurse’s office to pick it up.
If your student will not be at school on May 27, please call the nurses at 513.728.2364 to arrange for the medications to be sent home on your student’s last day of attendance.
Thank you, and have a wonderful summer!
– Nurse Joy and Nurse Ann
Lost and Found
Is your child missing their brand-new spring jacket? Most likely it’s in our Lost and Found! We are busting at the seams in both the Early School and the 1-5 Building! It’s that time of year when many sweaters, jackets, and coats mysteriously end up in our Lost and Found. Please remember to write your name on all outerwear. This will help us return any lost items. If you are in the building, stop by and check for your child’s clothing!
