Doherty Blast Mar 15, 2024
Dear Doherty Families,
Congratulations to our fourth and fifth graders who brought the world of Dr. Seuss to life in their spring musical. Every character was portrayed with energy and passion, and it was obvious that the students were well-prepared. Thank you, Unit III students, for your hard work and commitment. Special thanks go to Mrs. Bird and Mr. Newlie and the parent volunteers who supported the students every step of the way.
We all look forward to Spring Break, which is the perfect time for everyone to recharge. Whether planning a getaway or enjoying a staycation, we hope you spend some quality time with friends and family.
We return from break to a very busy month with a variety of events in place. Please be sure to add the below dates from the Key Dates and Events section to your calendar.
On April 8, Cincinnati will be near the path of totality of a rare solar eclipse. We are thrilled about the chance to observe this remarkable event. However, it does entail some adjustments to our dismissal procedures. You should have received a separate email earlier this week detailing our plans. Let us know if you did not receive this.
Enjoy your break, and we will see you on April 1!
Tracy
