Call for May Fete Volunteers

It’s time to start manning booths for Lotspeich’s May Fete! These are 30-minute shifts that can be filled by adults or older kids (Middle or Upper School students)! A reminder that any time slots that are still open at the time of the event will cause that activity to be temporarily closed. May Fete needs your help to make it a success! This parent-led event is still in need of over 50 volunteers in order to execute the event. Please give just 30 minutes of your time!

Volunteer at the Doherty Carnival!

The Doherty PC is gearing up for this year’s Carnival, and we can’t do it without our incredible parent community! The secret to a successful event is the support of volunteers like you.

How You Can Help

We’ve kept the commitment light so everyone can still enjoy the fun. Please consider signing up for a 30-minute slot to:

  • Run a carnival game
  • Supervise an inflatable
  • Help with setup (two hour commitment) or tear down (one hour commitment)

Share Your Talents — Sign Up as a Parent Volunteer for 2026-27

A beautiful aspect of our school community is YOU. The parents at Seven Hills have unique perspectives, valued insights, and incredible talents. We are hoping you will share your amazing attributes with the students to enrich their experience at the school through volunteering. We realize time is precious and look to provide opportunities for all levels of availability, while ensuring the work is meaningful and impactful for you and the community. As always, we are open to ideas. If there is a way that you would like to contribute that we didn’t list, please let us know! Thank you for all the support you have shown this year and we look forward to working together next year! Please contact the US PC if you have any questions!

Sign Up for the Senior Experience Parent Committee 2026-27

Rising senior parents, please consider joining the Senior Experience Parent Committee for the 2026-27 school year. The role of this committee is to support the seniors, as they coordinate their senior year events. There are approximately 12 senior-specific events throughout the year. The committee will help them coordinate the programs and then reach out to the broader senior parent group when additional support is needed. Volunteering is welcomed in all shapes and sizes.
