What to Know Now
Sport Season Dismissal Changes
As we leave winter and head into spring sports season, please remember to let Anna Karol know if you have any weekly dismissal changes. She can change your child’s after school dismissal plan. Thanks for keeping our dismissal plans updated and accurate!
Reminder to RSVP for VIP Day — April 17
Families, please see and share our invitation to special visitors, whom you invite on behalf of your children. Only RSVP once per family. RSVPs are due Monday,
Also, note that we will have an early dismissal for all students, pre-kindergarten through fifth grade, at 11:30 a.m. to allow visitors to continue their day with the children. Every student should be picked up at the Red Barn or ECC carlines. We look forward to welcoming our visitors on April 17 to campus!
ATB Announcement for VIP Day
There will be no Holiday Care on VIP day for the half day dismissal as most children go home with their VIPs or parents, and this is not a pre-scheduled Holiday Care.
Call for Gently Used Cozy Coupes
The Early School is looking to get a few donations of gently used Cozy Coupes for the pre-kindergarten for 2-year-old playground. If you have one that your children have outgrown and is taking up space in the garage or basement, please consider donating it. Our 2-year-olds will get some great use out of them for their new playground! Contact Nichole O’Rourke to donate.

Locks for Leonard Hair Fair
Hair donations collected from the Locks for Leonard Hair Fair will be donated to organizations that create wigs for children undergoing cancer treatment or suffering from autoimmune diseases. The hair fair is being organized by the Middle School but all Seven Hills students can participate. To donate your hair, follow these three steps:
- Get a haircut! Go to the stylist of your choice and tell them you want to donate your hair. Send before and after pics to Hannah Hanley.
- Bring your bagged ponytail to the Middle School office. Include your name on the bag and what grade you are in — we would love to give you a shoutout on our Seven Hills social media.
- Grow your hair out! You must donate at least eight inches.

Leave a Review of Seven Hills on Niche!
Help the school and prospective families — at the same time — by leaving a review on Niche. Niche is a website that parents and students can use to research schools (from primary schools to universities) based on student and parent reviews and data from sources like the National Center for Education Statistics. Sharing your perspective as a Seven Hills parent on the page helps in two ways: 1) Families who are researching schools can learn about the Seven Hills’ experience directly from current families, and 2) Reviews from parents contribute to the school’s ranking on Niche. To write a review, visit https://www.niche.com/k12/survey/, search for The Seven Hills School in the search bar, and click “Start survey.”
