Lost and Found

Be sure to stop in Jones Hall lobby and Halie Hall downstairs to look through our lost and found. If there are still items left at the end of the school year, they will be donated.

Uniforms

If you are looking for uniforms for next year, please stop by the uniform closet located in the office and take what you need. We are only accepting larger sized, gently used uniforms at this time (think Unit III size).

Doherty Closing Program

The Closing Program for Grades 1-5 will be on Thursday, May 29, 8:45 a.m. in the courtyard (gym if raining). Students are asked to wear appropriate attire for a special occasion, no jeans or shorts. School ends at 11:30 a.m., however, you are welcome to take your student home immediately following the program. The courtyard can get very hot so be sure to bring plenty of water.

The PC will provide refreshments prior to the program in the courtyard.

Class Placements Feedback for 2025-26 School Year

Each year at about this time we begin the discussions of class placements for next year. Teachers spend a great deal of time determining the best placement for each child.  Many things are considered such as class make up, ratio of boys to girls, teachers and their teaching styles, friendships, and those students who may need a break from one another. Please note, we do not allow you to request a specific teacher. Instead, if you would like you may share your thoughts on your child’s learning style or any special considerations you would like us to be aware of by filling out the Class Placement Feedback. Forms are due by June 1. We cannot make any guarantees but your input will be considered.
